- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a payroll or finance-related domain.
- Strong understanding of global payroll processes and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Proficiency in JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and creating complex formulas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Technology awareness with a solid understanding of payroll systems and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in global payroll system implementation or upgrades.
- Familiarity with reporting tools or data visualization platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile workflows.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using Excel to support decision-making processes.
- Analyze, document, and manage business requirements for global payroll initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll workflows and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend technological solutions for improvement.
- Utilize JIRA to track project progress, manage tickets, and collaborate with stakeholders on issue resolution.
- Support end-to-end testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and escalate risks or issues as needed.
- Work closely with IT and payroll teams to implement system enhancements and ensure seamless operations.
