What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Merchant Success Specialist position at Compunnel Inc.?
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for supporting 50 key restaurants in new in-store program, Going Out . These restaurants don’t have dedicated account managers, so your role is to check in monthly, review performance data, gather feedback, introduce new products, and help resolve issues —both related to the program and broader challenges (e.g., tablet or POS issues).
Additionally, you’ll share insights with leadership to improve restaurant success and help scale the program. You’ll also conduct on-site visits to address concerns, observe customer interactions, and train staff on new tools.
Responsibilities
Remote (3-4 days per week)
- Schedule and lead monthly check-ins with ~50 restaurants
- Analyze performance data and create presentations using Google Suite
- Act as the main contact for merchant support, troubleshooting issues by coordinating with internal teams
- Respond to support tickets and help build a scalable system for handling inquiries
In-Person (1-2 days per week)
