Responsibilities
This role involves improving the experience for merchants and customers using the "Going Out" in-store program. You’ll engage directly with merchants, analyze data, and develop materials to enhance operations and adoption of new technologies like NFC tiles.
Key Activities
Remote (3 days per week) :
- Create reports and insights for merchants.
- Update materials for merchant presentations and emails.
- Develop new resources (collateral) and forums to share insights.
- Handle inbound support requests and help scale the program’s support capabilities.
- Perform data analyses and create presentations for ad hoc needs.
In-Person (2 days per week) :
