Job Summary :

This Full-Time Temporary position offers an opportunity to advance your financial and analytical skills while supporting various administrative and financial functions. Responsibilities will include cashiering, accounts receivables and payables, departmental compliance, and other duties as assigned. You will support period-end results, run reports, identify discrepancies, and investigate as necessary. This is an ideal role for someone with strong analytical and administrative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Daily cashiering processes, utilizing internal and external systems.
  • Research and resolve daily dispute cases using internal systems.
  • Perform weekly / daily research of short pays and rebills, analyzing trends and making corrections.
  • Period-end reconciliation of internal ledgers, along with trend reporting.
  • Timely processing of accounts payable activities using systems such as SAP.
  • Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner.
  • Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond and / or coordinate issues when possible.
  • Maintain and update distribution and contact lists.
  • Organize and maintain department files (electronic and hard copy).
  • Daily interaction with all functional teams.
  • Handle confidential materials with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Work proficiently under pressure situations while maintaining accuracy.
  • Administer specific applications and time-bound processes accurately and timely.
  • Create customized actionable market reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas, or macros.
  • Work on special projects and other duties as assigned to support the team.
  • Support community projects and provide support to management.
  • Ensure participation and compliance with all GCS audit procedures.
  • Analyze data, develop recommendations, and implement solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the team to help deliver business plans and objectives.

Required Qualifications :

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate findings into actionable solutions.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
  • Demonstrated integrity, maturity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle multiple changing priorities and keep management informed.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience with SAP or similar systems.
  • Experience with financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation.
  • Education : High School
