About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Compunnel Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, cutting, staging, unstaging, and laying-up Dynalloy, Fibermet, and continuous media rolls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Roll Inspection: Carefully inspect rolls for defects and damage.
- Cutting and Preparation: Cut and prepare rolls according to specifications.
- Laying-Up and Unstaging: Lay-up and unstaging rolls as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and supervisors to improve product quality and process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, or 6 months of manufacturing experience.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
