Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer Lead

Salary: $90k–$120k Benefits (Negotiable)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
- Recommend and implement improvements to design processes, methods, and controls.
- Provide quotations for new product RFQs.
- Plan and establish engineering schedules and follow up on performance against estimates.
- Coordinate manufacturing launches for new or revised products.
- Design, develop, test, source, and cost-justify various tools, machinery, and equipment for recommended design methods.
- Perform product/process analysis for cost reduction and quality improvement.
- Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new or revised products, including establishing goals, training team members, and evaluating results.
- Take projects from concept to production.
- Approve process specifications and design standards.
- Create and edit CNC programs.
- Make timely, informed decisions that take into account facts, goals, constraints, and risks.
Qualifications:
- A relevant degree is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming, with a solid understanding and demonstration of machining methods.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and organize multiple priorities.
- Technical skills in manufacturing processes and methods, including flow, layout, assembly, and production equipment.
- Three or more years of engineering experience in a fast-paced, continuous improvement production environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Epicor.
- Experience in dynamic environments where there may be schedule changes, design changes, and validation failures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, work-holding design, and inspection methods.
- Proficient in SOLIDWORKS and CAM simulation software.
- Plan and establish engineering schedules and follow up on performance against estimates.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
