Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Drafting/CAD Technician III to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions for mechanical and architectural projects using cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize CAD systems such as SolidWorks to create detailed drawings and schematics.
2. Analyze complex design issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
3. Collaborate with team members and external contacts to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Ensure all work meets or exceeds quality standards and project timelines.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Drafting/Design or Mechanical Technician.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working with CAD systems, specifically SolidWorks and EPDM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable Skills:

• Considerable technical expertise in CAD and design, with the ability to address complex design issues.
• Experience in preparing mechanical and architectural drawings and specifications.
• Independent problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek guidance for issues that span multiple functions or have a significant impact.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, ensuring adherence to compliance and security standards.
