Job Summary :
This role will consist of processing incoming and outgoing mail, printing print requests for customers, and using several different software to complete office tasks including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and PDF Files. There is no reception services required for this role. Candidates submitted for this position should be able to learn how to complete print requests. They should also be very computer literate and have strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written. The manager is looking for someone with experience in an office setting. Candidates with food service experience can be considered, however, they should have additional experience and not solely food service. This position does not require mail runs and there are plenty of opportunities to sit, however, the candidates should be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Free parking is available.
