Job Summary :
This is a floater role that requires flexibility and the ability to assist in various departments across the campus. The responsibilities include supporting the mailroom operations, supplying necessary supplies to the campus, and acting as a backup to the receptionist. The role also involves providing lunch breaks for the receptionist and assisting with hospitality functions when needed. The position requires the ability to be client-facing at any moment, as the individual will be secondary for the main lobby area. The dress code for this role is business casual.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the mailroom operations, ensuring timely processing and distribution of mail.
- Supply necessary supplies to various departments across the campus.
- Provide backup support to the receptionist, including covering for lunch breaks and other absences.
- Assist with hospitality functions when needed, ensuring smooth operations for events or client visits.
- Be client-facing as needed, representing the company in a professional manner at the main lobby area.
- Maintain a business casual dress code and be prepared for client-facing interactions at any given moment.
