Job Summary :
The role involves driving to customer sites for print fleet support and toner delivery. The candidate will assist with Ricoh printer service calls, toner deliveries, and provide support in a Print Production Center. A strong background in Printer Fleet Management or Print Production is required. The position involves substantial walking and driving to client sites and may require standing for long periods in the print center. Free parking is provided.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive personal vehicle to customer sites for print fleet support and toner delivery
- Assist with Client printer service calls and toner deliveries
- Provide support in a Print Production Center
- Manage print fleet inventory and ensure timely service and delivery
- Participate in regular site visits for fleet management and maintenance
- Handle printer fleet and production-related tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving printer issues
- Ensure the proper functioning of printers and related equipment at client sites
- Stand for extended periods while assisting in the print production center
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction during all interactions with clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace both at client sites and in the production center
