Job Tittle: Senior HR Advisor
Duration: 06 Months with possible extension

Shift: Monday – Friday; 40hours week; 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Job Summary:
- Senior HR Advisor acts as the escalation point for queries which cannot be resolved by the hub team either due to the complex nature of the query or because of the need for local presence.
- They work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and the Client Global Services (CLIENT) HR hub team to achieve strategic business objectives, including supporting performance management, talent management planning, employee engagement and employee relations.
- The HR Advisor will help to execute the localized people priorities laid out by Site HR Business Partners to ensure Client can achieve its strategic cultural goals.
- Senior HR Advisor is a part of the CLIENT HR Services Team and will report to the HR Services Team Manager who is based in Vilnius.
- Senior HR Advisor will be expected to contribute to maintaining consistency of HR service delivery and processes and maintaining the integrity of the CLIENT operating model.
Principal accountabilities
Resolve queries escalated from the hub advisory team which could include:
- Employee relations support: Grievances and disciplinary; Speak ups or Performance improvement and capabilities
- Complex compensation and pay issues
- Reasonable accommodation or Complex absence issues
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Termination / redundancy
- Partner with the CLIENT hub to provide ongoing transfer of knowledge on Country specific policies and legislation.
- Partner with business leaders and HR COE’s to support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures in support of JM’s HR goals.
- Work with HRBPs and managers on specific projects (e.g. organization design / restructuring, workforce planning, talent activities).
HR Advisor engagement on these initiatives must be aligned with the CLIENT Team Manager.
- Provide feedback to the hub team from local managers and employees to ensure continuous service delivery improvements.
- Ensuring feedback from business leads, employees and managers is cascaded and actions taken.
- Responsible for New Employee Onboarding sessions and process I-9 as per local regulations and requirements.
- Have knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) to be able to support our Union population where applicable.
- Undertake ad hoc project work and provide project support to the broader CLIENT HR Services Team as well as the site & Global HR Business Partners.
- Partner with the US HR Country Lead and Site HRBP’s to develop HR related materials and procedures as required to ensure compliance with company and country best practices, regulations
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in HR, with a focus on employment laws and employee relations
Salary : $45 - $50
