Senior HR Advisor
Our client is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their West Deptford, NJ client’s location. In office; local candidates only.
The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for supporting employee relations and engagement, talent management planning, performance management, and other HR functions.
Responsibilities of the Senior HR Advisor
- Providing employee relations support related to performance improvements, compensation issues, absence issues, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders on HR programs, procedures, and policies implementation
- Assisting with projects related to workforce training, talent activities, and organization design
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with employees at all organizational levels
- Implementing HR advisory service delivery best practice and process improvements
- Overseeing new employee onboarding

Compensation : $60.00-$65.00 / hr
