Job Title: Supply Planner II
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST/EST (Some flexibility)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cycle stock and safety stock plans based on approved supply inputs.
- Monitor and address inventory shortages, developing gap coverage strategies to ensure supply continuity.
- Analyze and optimize inventory levels to meet business and customer demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations for procurement decisions and supply chain improvements.
- Utilize Excel and SAP to generate reports, analyze data, and improve supply planning processes.
- Identify and resolve moderately complex supply chain issues independently while escalating critical matters as needed.
- Support import trade flow operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or procurement.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, Formulas).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with SAP.
- Background in supply and inventory planning within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Knowledge of import trade flows and international supply chain processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
