Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- The Supply Planner II will contribute to coordinating long-term supply chain strategies across networks to address inventory issues and procurement decisions in support of business goals.
- In this role, you will monitor key integrated business planning performance indicators and help coordinate our cross-functional work teams to meet high customer-service standards.
- Provide insights into execute cycle stock and safety stock plans for the assigned product or location, using the approved supply plan inputs.
- Develop gap coverage plans during inventory shortages.
- Support the achievement of target inventory levels.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00 PM CST or EST with some flexibility.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Two years of related work experience.
- Experience in supply and inventory planning*Experience in import trade flows
- Must have strong Excel experience (Pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPS)
- Preferred SAP experience
