Job Title :: UI/UX Designer
Job Location :: Columbia, SC - HYBRID Role
Note :: Locals or Someone who is ready to relocate from day 1 to Columbia, SC and work HYBRID.
Must Have : Figma, wireframe, journey mapping, user case story exp. and Banking domain
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on Design Thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Experience in journey mapping and user research methodologies.
• Ability to create high-fidelity PSDs and design assets.
• Strong facilitation skills to conduct workshops and design discussions.
• Understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to allocate work effectively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and gather feedback.
