Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced SAP S / 4HANA Cutover Lead to support our client in the agriculture industry during their SAP S / 4HANA implementation and go-live phase. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leading cutover activities, managing large teams, and ensuring seamless integration across systems. This is a critical role that involves working closely with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful execution of the cutover plan.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute cutover activities for SAP S / 4HANA delivery.
- Manage and coordinate 600 cutover steps, with specific focus on the first two and last two days of each 7-day cutover.
- Engage with multiple bolt-on systems and ensure smooth integration with SAP S / 4HANA.
- Communicate effectively with technical offshore teams and senior leadership.
- Coordinate and manage a team of 30 individuals during the cutover phases.
- Leverage expertise in SAP S / 4HANA, HRC, and Sitetrade to guide successful cutover execution.
