Job Summary :
The Senior Customer Support / Account Representative is responsible for handling incoming phone inquiries regarding Client accounts, providing efficient and accurate responses to customer requests.
This role will primarily focus on Cash Management products, services, Client Online (client website), Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries.
The successful candidate will deliver World-Class Service, maintain high performance standards, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from clients regarding service inquiries on Client accounts.
- Provide support related to Client Cash Management products and services.
- Assist clients with Client Online and Mobile app inquiries.
- Respond to general account and financial inquiries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, professional service.
- Meet or exceed department performance metrics.
