TRAINING HOURS : 8 : 30 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday
ACTUAL HOURS AFTER TRAINING : 8 : 00am – Midnight M-F | 9 : 00am – 10 : 00pm on Saturday | 10 : 00am – 10 : 00pm on Sunday
Most will have a start time between 10am - 12 : 30 pm w / a set Saturday or Sunday shift.

IN PERSON TRAINING-
Training and Transitions are mandatory in-office activities and typically span a total of three weeks. To start working at home they must pass a quality while they are in office, so depending on those results it could be 3 weeks..
The standard timeline involves a week and a half for Training, and then participants must successfully complete Transitions, including passing a call quality assessment, before being eligible to work from home. While most individuals are able to transition to remote work by the third week, those who encounter challenges in meeting quality standards will be required to remain in the office.
Duties :
- Provide remote phone support and troubleshooting 100% of the time.
- Monitor, update, and configure security systems (SIEM, IDS / IPS, Firewall, Endpoint, Proxy, Mail, Web Portal, DLP).
- Analyze phishing emails and associated malware; engage support teams for containment, cleaning, and recovery.
- Protect proprietary / confidential data, systems, and facilities.
- Create and implement standard operating policies, procedures, guidelines, and processes for IT security functions.
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities; apply lessons learned to current procedures.
- Understand and update knowledge of core operating systems, applications, and networking concepts.
- Ensure company compliance with regulations (ADA, HIPAA, HITECH, PCI, PII, HITRUST, ISO 27002).
- Implement approved IT security service requests according to standard procedures.
- Promote awareness of IT security policies and related topics throughout the company.
