What You’ll Do
- Manage Servers – Handle installation, maintenance, patches, updates, and backups.
- Troubleshoot Hardware Issues – Support and resolve technical problems across various hardware.
- Oversee Account Management – Create and manage accounts in Microsoft and Active Directory.
- Support Operating Systems – Work with both Windows and Linux environments.
- Lead Migration Projects – Help migrate systems and data to Active Directory.
What You Bring
- 5 years of Tier 2 or Tier 3 IT support experience.
- IT Degree or equivalent experience.
- Certifications such as MCP, MCSE/MCSA, Network , or Security are a plus.
- Proficiency in Active Directory management and migration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
