What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Analyst position at Computer Aid, Inc.(CAI)?
We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide technical assistance and oversee timely delivery of quality technical support to internal and external customers. This position will be a full-time W2 contract (6 months) and onsite.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical assistance on problems dealing with operating systems, computers, utility programs, and system control parameters
- Assist with technical issues over the phone
- Support the helpdesk and oversee the timely delivery of quality technical support
- Manage help desk personnel and develop policies and procedures for troubleshooting IT issues
- Assess new products or services and suggest enhancements to senior management
What You'll Need
Required:
- Hardware/software support to end users; installs hardware and software on servers or workstations
- Experience in a Windows environment
- Telephone communication skills, must be comfortable working a high volume environment
- Maintenance or installation of basic application programs and support (e.g., password reset, user management)
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Teams, SharePoint
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
