Job Title: Software Development Specialist (Hybrid, W2)
Location: Pittsburgh, Dallas, or Phoenix (Hybrid)
Employment Type: W2 Contract (10 months with possible extension or conversion to hire)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Technology Research & Adoption: Proactively research and evaluate emerging technologies to determine their potential business applications.
- Platform Replacement: Assist in the replacement and modernization of the existing Ping platform by identifying and integrating modern, scalable solutions.
- Innovation Strategy: Analyze and decipher new technologies not currently in use, providing recommendations and strategic direction for adoption.
- Software Development: Lead JavaScript development projects, creating scalable, high-quality software solutions tailored for customer consumption.
- Pipeline Management: Collaborate with development teams to manage processing pipelines using GIT and related tools.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a positive, knowledge-sharing work environment.
Required Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript
- Strong experience with GIT for version control and code collaboration
- Expertise in processing pipelines (e.g., GIT Bucket)
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Experience with C# for backend development
- Familiarity with project management and documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and lead within cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Qualifications:
