HYBRID ROLE LOCATED IN BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA
Current Initiatives/Projects: Consumer Initiatives
Industry Background: Finance or Banking preferred; open to any background
Team Dynamic: Work with Scrum Team
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily development stand-ups
- Attend full team stand-ups
- Engage in enterprise meetings (less than 4 hours per week)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Gather requirements from Business Systems Analysts (BSA) and product owners
- Develop and code based on gathered requirements
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Expertise in Sales Console
- Advanced knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
Flex Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Soft Skills:
- Ability to engage effectively in team dynamics
Degrees/Certifications:
- Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
