Position Location: Hybrid in Birmingham, AL
Industry Background: Finance or banking experience could be beneficial, but we are open to candidates from any industry background.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in development stand-ups and full team stand-ups.
- Engage in enterprise-level meetings, ensuring they do not exceed 4 hours per week.
- Attend and contribute to Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and product owners to gather and understand requirements.
- Translate requirements into code and implement solutions effectively.
Technical Skills
- 4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin/Developer.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), with 4-6 years of experience.
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Console.
Degrees/CertificationsHaving a Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
