Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Agile Coach/Technical Project Manager to lead Agile process maturity and support Agile Masters across the Americas region. This role involves coaching teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration within a scaled Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support Agile Masters in process improvement, training, and workshops.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint reviews, retrospectives) and improve team efficiency.
- Advocate for regional Agile Masters and bridge communication with central teams.
- Oversee Agile processes, maintain Jira/Confluence tools, and ensure effective project execution.
- Create and deliver communication materials and facilitate workshops/trainings.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5 years in Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
- Strong background in project management and business analysis fundamentals.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Skills:
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for leading workshops and training sessions.
- Ability to lead and engage large groups effectively.
- Preferred: Agile Coach experience (not required).
Work Environment
- Schedule: Hybrid model with flexible onsite requirements (50% onsite).
- Physical/Environmental Demands: Normal office settings with occasional exposure to production areas.
