Description
Robert Half is seeking a Scrum Master for a client in the Lehigh Valley area. This role is a contract to permanent position. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating Agile Scrum processes and leading our development teams towards achieving their objectives efficiently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities: Coordinate Agile Scrum processes and ensure adherence to the framework Guide the application development team on Scrum principles and practices Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions Monitor key performance indicators to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on schedule Address and resolve team impediments to maintain smooth workflow Advocate for Agile principles within our IT organization as part of our Agile transformation Ensure the team's collaboration results in high-quality solutions Coach and mentor our teams to consistently meet objectives.
Requirements
Possession of Agile methodology understanding and its application in project management.
Must be a Certified Scrum Master with proven experience in managing scrum teams.
Proficient in Agile Scrum practices and principles, with the ability to coach the team and stakeholders.
Extensive experience with JIRA or similar project management tools is essential.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and its integration in Agile workflows is required.
