RESPONSIBLITIES
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Help Desk Support for small to mid sized clients
- On Site Support to assist Network Engineer with installation and configuration of hardware
- Configure Hardware for Deployment
- Manage Remote Monitored Equipment
- Project Coordinator
- Manage Projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous recent experience in hardware repair and networking
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical work load
- Minimum 2 year RECENT/CURRENT on job experience - Must be within the last three years
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Products
