About the Position:

The Data Governance Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of an organization's data during the SAP implementation project. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including finance, project and business teams, to establish data standards and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.

Key Accountabilities:
Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies specific to Finance and the SAP environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data principles.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the SAP implementation process.
• Monitor compliance with data governance policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on data governance best practices.
• Assist in the development of data management strategies and roadmaps.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams regarding data governance issues.

Job Qualifications:
Knowledge & Experience Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of data governance frameworks and experience developing enterprise data governance policies.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP MDG.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
