Position Overview :
The Digital Content Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the brand's digital presence across all platforms. This position will be responsible for managing content on the website and social media channels while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives. The ideal candidate will also monitor and audit the website for accuracy and performance, research website and UX optimization opportunities, and collaborate with the brand and digital teams to enhance engagement and user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and post content across the company's website, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Manage, engage, and post content across the company's social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment while engaging / interacting with industry relevant conversations and posts.
- Oversee the scheduling and publishing of digital content, collaborating closely with the Content Strategy Manager & Editor.
- Conduct regular audits of the website to ensure all content is current, accurate, and optimized for performance.
- Monitor website analytics and user behavior data using tools like Google Analytics and Contentsquare to identify areas for improvement.
- Research and recommend website and UX optimization strategies to improve engagement, conversions, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, video, demand generation, product marketing) to ensure content aligns with marketing goals and digital strategies.
- Assist in the execution of SEO best practices and on-page optimization strategies for website content.
- Ensure proper tagging and metadata application for all digital content to support discoverability and reporting accuracy.
