CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst ADM position for our client in Waltham, MA.

Duration: 12 months
We are seeking a Project Financial Analyst to monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure financial efficiency across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis skills, experience in project management, and the ability to develop contingency plans for potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Track project progress, identify potential barriers, and develop contingency plans.
- Coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Create and manage detailed project budgets, including cost forecasting and expenditure monitoring.
- Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and cost-benefit assessments to project teams and senior management.
- Oversee cash flow projections, ensuring timely payments to vendors and contractors.
- Review contracts for financial implications, ensuring alignment with company policies and budgetary constraints.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Ability to interpret and assess contracts for financial impact.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or project management.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- Prior experience in an ADM (Application Development & Maintenance) environment is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
