Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager Customer & Experience Transformation opening for our client in Alameda, CA.
Location : Alameda, CA
Duration : 5 months
Duties :
- Lead and manage the customer and experience transformation programs, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, ensuring that all objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the program is aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to program management best practices, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and tools.
- Oversee the management of program risks, issues, and escalations, providing timely resolutions.
- Drive the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methods to enhance program delivery and customer experience.
- Conduct regular program reviews and post-program evaluations to ensure ongoing improvement.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 / hour to $75.00 / hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
