ComResource is looking for a Business Analyst with SQL experience.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping the organization design solutions that help manage, secure, and generate value from data. You will collaborate with both business and technical teams to build scalable solutions for gathering, storing, and processing data, including both small-scale and Big Data solutions. Your work will involve supporting ETL processes, business intelligence, and data platforms, ensuring that data-driven decision-making is seamless across the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs, then break down requirements into actionable details for functional design.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure the technical design meets the necessary business needs.
• Develop clear and complete Test Acceptance Criteria, execute Unit and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure accurate output from systems.
• Create and execute SQL scripts for ETL / data testing.
• Conduct research and development on the latest trends and technologies in data engineering, banking, and data security.
• Build and manage CI / CD pipelines, self-service build tools, and automated deployment processes.
• Evaluate software products and provide documented recommendations to improve solutions and processes.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for data platforms, including escalated on-call support for critical incidents.
• Plan and work on internal projects, including legacy system replacements, monitoring and analytics improvements, and technical documentation.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing support and knowledge sharing.
• Manage and prioritize multiple assignments and projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
