ComResource is looking for a Director of EDI.

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and manage all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions, ensuring seamless, accurate, and timely data exchanges between clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with industry standards such as ANSI X12 and HIPAA while optimizing EDI processes and systems.

Responsibilities :

• EDI Transaction Management : Oversee configuration, testing, and execution of all EDI transactions, including 837 (claims), 834 (enrollment), 835 (remittance advice), and 270 / 271 (eligibility inquiries and responses).
• Client and Vendor Coordination : Act as the primary liaison for all EDI interactions, ensuring setups and processes align with both client requirements and internal standards.
• EDI Platform Management : Manage and maintain the Pilotfish EDI interface platform, ensuring proper configuration, monitoring, and optimization for data exchanges.
• Documentation and Compliance : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all EDI processes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and industry regulations.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Proactively identify and resolve EDI transaction errors, working with IT and operations teams to implement preventive solutions.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance EDI processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to the latest ANSI X12 standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with IT, claims, operations, and compliance teams to align EDI strategies with organizational goals and best practices.
