We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Process Engineer to support our team in enhancing product quality and optimizing production processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Strive to improve the First Time Yield (FTY) rate, ensuring products meet quality standards on the first attempt.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with the introduction of new products, materials, processes, and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in various engineering techniques including Six Sigma, Design of Experiments (DOE), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and the 8D problem-solving process.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, as well as data analysis tools like Minitab and JMP.
