Job Description
The Production Superintendent provides strategic leadership and direction to the manufacturing facility, overseeing plant production, equipment, and tools to ensure efficiency and project schedules are maintained. This includes coordination of activities related to quality, safety, and production, with responsibility for financial performance.
- Supervise and mentor Production Supervisors
- Participate in plant safety, health, and environmental programs
- Support the development and deployment of the Dexter Operating System (DOS)
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a comparable discipline
- Lean and continuous improvement experience
- Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in a similar size manufacturing site
