100,000 to $115,000 base bonus Benefits
Responsibilities :
- Be the key contact and subject matter expert (SME) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and process development in life science / biological filed.
- Lead shipping Departments automation and optimization projects including identifying process bottleneck and implementing solutions for process improvements.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of transportation including inbound logistics, internal transfers, and outbound shipping.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to provide an effective supply chain.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle to ensure POs are scheduled timely for inbound receipt and carriers are dispatched on time and all orders are sorted and delivered accurately based on selected shipping method.
- Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to ensure achieving KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Risk management and uphold satisfactory service quality including reducing / preventing human error.
- Develop and oversee the operational budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive cost reduction and service improvement.
- CBP and PGA regulation knowledge is a preference.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across all shipping functions.
Qualifications :
