Sr. Shipping/Logistics Manager (Biotech/Pharmaceutical)
Bilingual in Mandarin is Required
This Position is 100% Onsite in Piscataway, NJ

Key Responsibilities:
- Align Shipping Department Processes with Organizational Goals and Develop New Processes as Needed
- Lead Automation and Optimization Projects to Improve Efficiency
- Manage All Aspects of Transportation, Including Inbound Logistics, Internal Transfers, and Outbound Shipping
- Collaborate with Other Departments to Identify Resources Needed for Effective Supply Chain
- Direct, Optimize, and Coordinate Full Order Cycle to Ensure Timely Receipt and Delivery
- Develop Policies to Increase Efficiency Throughout the Supply Chain while Ensuring Quality and Safety
- Monitor Operational Performance Metrics and Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Risk Management and Satisfactory Service Quality
- Develop and Oversee Operational Budget to Drive Cost Reduction and Service Improvement
- Familiarity with CBP and PGA Regulations is a Plus
- Build Strong Relationships with 3PL Providers and Internal Stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5 Years of Experience as a Shipping/Logistics Manager with Team Development Experience
- Proven Track Record of Logistics Team Transformation and Automation Projects
- Excellent Analytical and Presentation Skills using MS Excel, Access, or Power BI
- BA or MS in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Similar Relevant Field
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
- Great Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a Plus
- Regulatory Certificates such as Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or Certified Export Specialist (CES) are a Plus
