Currently, we are seeking a Restore Systems Administrator ll to join our Team!
** Must have active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph before consideration.**
Description:
- Assist in the restoration of files/profiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault
- Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores
- Assist customers with file management, profile standards and email organization
- Profile and permission structure knowledge
- Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment
Shifts:
- Tuesday-Saturday, 9AM-5PM
OR
- Tuesday-Saturday, 10AM-6PM
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of applicable experience (5 years of applicable experience can be substituted for the degree)
- Certification: CompTIA Security
Clearance Requirements
