COMSOL, Inc. is seeking a full-time web analytics specialist to join our new Web Analytics team onsite in Burlington, MA.Job DescriptionIf you love statistics and analysis, are interested in science, and are very detail-oriented, then our web analytics specialist position would be a great fit for you. We are looking for a dedicated, driven team member to grow with us in our new team dedicated to helping COMSOL meet its business goals by analyzing and reporting on website and digital campaign performance.In this role, you will monitor and report on traffic to the website, use specialized software to visualize how people interact with the company online, monitor news and trends regarding SEO and web analytics, and help us evaluate PPC ad performance. You will work closely with other teams within the company to gain insights into our online users and how we can optimize our site for conversions. As you grow with this position you will have the opportunity to make suggestions for new reports and recommendations based on findings.Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor web traffic and KPIs.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual web traffic reports.
- Provide additional reports to stakeholders as needed.
- Check site health.
- Monitor state of SEO trends and web analytics generally.
- Assist with other reporting, such as for PPC ads and other campaigns.
- Assist with CRO activities.
- Check in with team lead on a regular basis.
- Potentially, as you grow:
- Conduct market research with competitor analysis.
- Make recommendations based on your findings.
- Run A/B tests.
- Present findings to other team members.
- Detail-oriented self-starter capable of managing large sets of data and breaking them down for others.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying timelines.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and data visualization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 1 year of relevant job experience.
- Current eligibility to work in the U.S. No sponsorship for employment-based visas will be offered for this position.
- Relevant experience with B2B marketing and analysis.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Products such as JIRA and Confluence.
- A/B testing experience.
- Proficiency in using web analytics software, such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Matomo.
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, management information systems, or a related field.
- Experience with a tag management system.
- SQL, R, Python, or Excel expertise.

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
