COMSOL, Inc. is seeking a full-time marketing coordinator to join our Marketing department onsite in Burlington, MA.
Job Description
If you are interested in science and engineering, enjoy project planning, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is the job for you. You will be part of a group tasked with engaging engineers and scientists who are working on the latest innovative products, designs, and research.
In this role, you will facilitate the successful execution of our marketing activities. You will start by assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from email to web advertisements, and then potentially grow into other marketing projects based on your interests and skills. You will collaborate closely with other teams and departments, in particular our Field Marketing and Content teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Facilitate relationships with external vendors (e.g., media partners, print shops, etc.) as needed for marketing initiatives.
Obtain insertion orders and making related purchase orders.
Assist in importing leads into our CRM database.
