ComSonics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Repair Services Accounts Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by effectively managing their repair service requests. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire repair process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer service requests for repair services.
- Accurately document customer information and repair requests in the company's CRM system.
- Packages and ships equipment to repair facilities.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status, scheduling, and any potential delays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Assist with the preparation of service reports and invoices.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist sales by demonstrating equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
- One year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
