Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide information about products and services, including pricing, features, and benefits.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our database.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
