One of our client is looking for agricultural loan officer. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of agricultural loans, oversee loan administration, and provide tailored financial solutions to clients in the farming and agribusiness community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of farm, farm real estate, and agricultural loans.
- Analyze loan requests, underwrite credit, and ensure loans meet established credit and regulatory standards.
- Conduct client interviews to assess loan eligibility and develop financial solutions.
- Monitor loan performance and manage delinquencies within bank guidelines.
- Close and document loans according to approved terms and policies.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through community involvement and business development activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of lending, relationship management, or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, underwriting, and financial risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools.
- Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance best practices.
