Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) with SAP, ensuring smooth data flow and system alignment.
- Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow ITAM for effective hardware and software asset lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between ServiceNow and SAP, ensuring high data integrity and minimal disruptions.
- Design and implement integration solutions using APIs, ServiceNow scripting, and middleware tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and optimize asset management workflows.
- Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices for operational support.
- Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on asset management and integration processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in integrating ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) with SAP, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Proven technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM module, including configuration, customization, and optimization for HAM and SAM functionalities.
- Deep understanding of SAP Asset Management processes, including asset procurement, lifecycle management, and reporting.
- Strong technical background in integration technologies, including ServiceNow scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and SAP integration methods.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL best practices and how they apply to asset management, particularly in the context of hardware and software assets.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide clear technical documentation.
- Experience with data migration, synchronization, and mapping processes between ServiceNow and SAP.
- SAP certification or substantial hands-on experience with SAP Asset Management modules.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to IT asset management and compliance.
