Location: Newark, NJ

Work Mode: Hybrid, going into the office 1 day / per week.

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Citrix Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Intune who will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of Citrix environments while leveraging Intune for device and application management. This role requires strong technical expertise in Citrix technologies, Microsoft Intune, and enterprise mobility management solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Cloud.
• Manage and optimize Citrix environments to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal user experience.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device enrolment, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Configure and enforce security policies using Intune for both corporate and BYOD devices.
• Provide expertise in integrating Intune with Citrix environments for seamless access and management.
• Administer and secure endpoints, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, through Citrix and Intune solutions.
• Ensure endpoint configurations align with organizational policies and security standards.
• Work closely with IT teams, business units, and vendors to deliver seamless user experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members and end-users.
• Monitor Citrix and Intune environments for performance, security, and compliance.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Generate and analyse reports on system performance, compliance, and security metrics.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Citrix technologies and 3 years of experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Expertise in Group Policy, Windows Server, Active Directory, and SCCM.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (PowerShell preferred).
