Location: Georgetown, KY, 40324
Remote/On-site/Hybrid: On-site from Day 1
Working hours: Standard 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
Duration: 12 months with a possibility of extension
Overtime: 25% Yes, up to 60hrs/week including weekends/Shutdown. 60hrs is the cap.
Travel: Yes

Where will they need to travel: Domestic Travel only

Experience level: 5 or more but 10 years for an ideal candidate
Requires Steel Toe Boots (Y/N): Yes
Which specific equipment or PPE will be required by resources to perform job duties? Example – Steel toed shoes, etc. Yes – Steel Toed Shoes/Hard Hat and Safety Glasses, safety vests when onsite.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
o INTERVIEW 1: Video interview via MS Teams for 60 minutes (panel interview)
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
o Somebody out in the filed everyday
o Working with the facility group, project manager, etc.
o Supervisor experience – Must have
o Construction experience – Must have
o Someone who can schedule budge as well

Job Description:
Roles and responsibilities:
o Implement building construction projects to support the site.
o Coordinates construction scheduling and communication.
o Manage daily construction and RFI support for construction projects.
o Act as liaison between infield construction and project management.
o May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials and purchase orders
o Supervises construction activity in the field.
o Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities, NAMC shops, PC, and PE.
o Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and scheduling.
o Have knowledge of general building construction methods
o Monitor equipment installation methods for confirmation that installation meets specifications and drawings.
o Coordinator RFI’s.
