Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Business Systems Analyst Oracle Financial (Accounting) to support the Accounting and Financial modules of the ERP solution. This role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, and providing end-to-end system support to optimize Account to Close processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, system implementation, system integrations and Oracle modules such as GL, OPA, FA, AGIS.

Asset Management
Depreciation
Create Accounting
Assets from OPA
AGIS
Act as a liaison between IT, Finance and Accounting, and other business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Finance solutions.
Support system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements by conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Develop functional specifications for system customizations, reports, and integrations with third-party applications.
Proficiency in writing functional requirements, test cases, and system documentation.
Strong ability to identify test scenarios and build test cases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to processes and systems.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and support of Oracle applications.
Work directly with the development team to build solutions, discuss requirements, testing solutions, etc.
Manage requirements in Jira
Perform Quality Assurance testing (System and Integration)
Strong understanding of integrations
Analyze and interpret business data from various sources to validate reports and dashboards
Conduct, lead, manage UAT and results
Effectively coordinate project activities at the direction of management
Effectively plan, coordinate, and execute prioritized initiatives.
Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure timelines are met.
Actively participate in assigned projects / Initiatives
Attend weekly status meetings and provide updates
Attend scrum meetings as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Min 5 years Business Systems Analyst in IT Organization
Min5 years working with Oracle Financial Applications
Managing Requirements
Ability to identify and build test scenarios based on the requirements
Excellent communication skills

Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
