Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Set the overall vision and direction for the Water / Wastewater Engineering practice, driving growth, profitability, and innovation in line with the firm's strategic goals.
- Subject Matter Expertise : Serve as the senior technical authority for water and wastewater systems, including treatment plant evaluation and design, rehabilitation and expansion, and master planning.
- Project Management & Delivery : Direct technical and financial management for multiple, concurrent projects involving W / WW pipelines and force mains, pump stations, lift stations, treatment plants, water supply systems, and solids handling facilities. Establish project sequencing, create work breakdown structures, and guide teams toward successful completion.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Foster strong relationships with current and prospective clients, including municipalities and other local agencies. Collaborate with sub-consultants and diverse project teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Team Building & Mentorship : Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing group of engineers, project managers, and support staff. Manage performance of project team members while providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth and maintain top-quality project delivery.
- Quality & Compliance : Oversee quality assurance and quality control to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Implement processes that drive technical excellence and client satisfaction.
