Enterprise Systems Implementation Specialist

Job Overview

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise Systems Group as an Epicor Operations Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering software implementations via consulting activities from kickoff to Go-Live.

Main Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and contribute to solution design and overall business strategy.
2. Interpret requirements data and identify gaps between the current state of purchased modules and desired functionality in the future state.
3. Manage project issues and coordinate activities and schedules with both clients and internal team members to resolve effectively and efficiently.
4. Assist with generating quote specifications and proposal generation.
5. Maintain adherence to project timelines and meet Service Level Agreement goals.
6. Provide support for clients in a help desk capacity and assist in troubleshooting application questions.
7. Deliver on-site training and consulting services as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• High level proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
• Experience with ERP Solutions such as Infor Visual, Syteline, Epicor, Great Plains, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Pleasant and professional demeanor in all client and internal communications.
• Ability to multitask and work independently without direct supervision.
• Intellectually resourceful with sound judgment and effective decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrates empathy with users and professionalism at all times.
