Responsibilities :
- Assist with managing all contracts and services in accordance with company policies
- Support crafting, evaluating, redlining, negotiating and executing a wide variety of contracts, including but not limited to, statements of work, purchasing / vendor agreements, task orders, master agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers and serving as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
- Maintain accurate and complete records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
- Ensuring contract compliance with the company's policies and procedures
- Informing internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts
- Investigating and addressing contract issues
- Solving contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally within the company
- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement changes
