Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical oversight of facility condition assessments and data collection processes
- Develop and implement best practices and technical procedures
- Provide expert troubleshooting and problem-solving support
- Mentor and train facility assessors and technical teams
- Coordinate on-site activities and cross-site operations
- Conduct stakeholder briefings and facility manager reviews
- Create technical documentation and reports
- Drive innovation and process improvement through data analytics
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Advanced technical proficiency in facility condition assessments, relevant platform, and ESMS data collection
- Proficiency in relevant tools, software, and equipment specific to facility assessments
- Skilled in leveraging data analytics to enhance decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and mentorship
- Ability to conduct briefings and training sessions with clarity and professionalism
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to evolving technologies and operational requirements.
- Associate’s or higher Science degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered
- Advanced certifications in facility management are desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in facility condition assessments or a technical role with increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated track record of leadership, innovation, and technical achievement
- Proficiency in facility assessment platforms, data collection tools and other relevant software
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Extensive walking through facility while on-site
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to work remotely and on-site as required by the position, client and/or contract requirements
- May be required to travel up to 50%
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- May be required to climb, crawl and crouch to access equipment
